Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat size is each shadow box? All Framed for Life shadow boxes come in 11 x 14 white wood frames. How much does each shadow box cost? Each custom-designed shadow box costs $165, plus shipping and handling. If you have special requests, we’ll let you know of additional costs prior to starting the project. What types of payment do you accept? Payment by check is the preferred method. When is payment due? We require a deposit of 50% when placing an order. The balance is due prior to shipping. (Your check must clear before shipping.) Do you charge sales taxes? Massachusetts sales tax of 5% is charged to orders from customers residing in Massachusetts only. How long does it take to receive my shadow box? Please allow 3-4 weeks from the date your invitation, announcement, or photo is received. Rush orders may be accommodated, schedule permitting, for a $25 non-refundable fee. What delivery methods do you use? Framed for Life shadow boxes are shipped via U.S. Mail or UPS Standard Ground. Rush orders require an additional $15 for faster shipping. How do I submit my invitation, announcement, or photo? Use a cushioned envelope and mail to: Jodi Rosenthal Note: Please pack your materials carefully. Framed for Life is not responsible or liable in any way for items that arrive at our studio in a damaged state. Do you allow cancellations of orders? We will only cancel an order if no work has begun. If work was initiated, customers must make payment in full. Do you accept returns? Your complete satisfaction is our #1 goal at Framed For Life. To ensure that you are thrilled with your shadow box, please let Jodi know your desires at the time you submit your invitation, announcement, or photo. Since each shadow box is custom made, we are not able to offer refunds. |
